Hours of operation open till 7 pm? Then accept business until 7 pm. Don’t tell people at 6 pm that walk in “No, we can’t take you”

I took my son in today to get his haircut and while we were waiting to check in an older gentleman was having difficulty with the electronic app that sports clips "require " you to use to sign in. Apparently this invasion of ones privacy is Mandatory and the stylist standing there straight up told this gentleman that he Had to sign in that way and that it was a corporate policy and there was nothing she could do about it. The guy just wanted a haircut and he was a paying customer! Instead of trying to help,the employee chose condescension and the poor guy, no doubt overwhelmed by her disrespecting attitude, turned and left. Small town, this corporate BS has no place here. We ain't coming back here anymore.
